- Greek yogurt
- Maple syrup

- Ground ginger
- Ground nutmeg

- Walnuts (optional)

Maple Chai Whipped Feta Dip
Ingredients
- 12 oz feta
- 5.3 oz whole fat greek yogurt (1 individual package)
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon chai spice blend
- 1 pinch salt & pepper
- ⅛ cup chopped walnuts
For the chai spice blend:
- 2½ tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1½ tablespoon ground cardamom
- ¾ tablespoon ground ginger
- ¾ tablespoon ground nutmeg
- ½ tablespoon ground allspice
- ½ tablespoon ground cloves
Instructions
For the chai spice blend:
- Mix all spices together and keep in a small covered jar or bowl.
For the dip:
- Add feta, yogurt, oil, syrup, and seasonings to a food processor and blend until smooth. Thin with 1 tablespoon of water at a time if needed.
- Transfer to a serving dish, top with more oil, syrup, chai spice blend, and walnuts, then serve!
- Optional: Slice sourdough into cubes and toast in the oven at 350ºF for about 10 minutes until crisp. Serve alongside feta dip.
