Whipped Pumpkin and Feta Dip
This whipped pumpkin and feta dip is a quick and easy recipe for any autumn get-together! Sweet pumpkin puree is blended with tangy feta and lots of savory additions to make a simple and stunning appetizer, side, or snack.

I love a super simple, one-and-done recipe, and this whipped pumpkin and feta dip is one of my favorites! You literally just put everything in a food processor, blend, and voila–you have your dip. Pumpkin puree, a block of feta, cottage cheese, shallot & garlic, and a bit of olive oil with some savory seasonings are all you need to make this delicious dip in no more than 5 minutes. It’s deceivingly healthy and truly too easy not to make for any occasion. Serve this dip with your favorite chips or crusty bread as an appetizer at your next dinner party, or save it for an after-dinner snack while watching your favorite show!

Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 8 oz feta
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ shallot chopped
- 1-2 cloves garlic chopped
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp parsley
Instructions
