Ingredients
- 1 puff pastry sheet room temp
- ½ cup grape tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 mini ball burrata optional
For the goat cheese filling:
- 3-4 oz goat cheese room temp
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp rosemary
- ½ tsp parsley flakes
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Lay out puff pastry sheet to thaw if frozen, then cut into four even sections.
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl or using a stand mixer, whip the goat cheese, garlic powder, rosemary, parsley, salt, and pepper together until smooth.
- Spread the goat cheese filling onto each pastry square, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Add the tomatoes on top of the goat cheese and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the edges have risen and become golden.
