Indulge this Valentine's Day with a peanut butter skillet cookie filled with chocolate chunks, fudge M&M's, and cheesecake M&M's! It's the perfect dessert to share with a loved one and satisfy your sweet tooth this holiday.
Skillet cookies are the ultimate shareable dessert, and this Valentine's Day themed cookie is the best way to share the love this holiday! The cookie itself is almost a standard chocolate chip, but I added a little peanut butter in there so it has juuuust the slightest hint of that nutty goodness. Now, the toppings are where the real punch hits you. Have you ever had fudge M&M’s? How about cheesecake M&M’s? How about both kinds inside a big cookie, along with huge chunks of chocolate? Yeah, you’re gonna wanna make this for your Valentine's Day dessert (or any day, really).
