Basically a fancy appetizer, but made even better because you can eat it on your couch in your sweats instead of going out. Seriously, they take maybe 20 minutes to make, and they taste incredible – what more could you ask for?!

  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Grated parmesan cheese

  • Parsley flakes

There are a few different ways you can customize this recipe:

  • Try different ravioli flavors. Spinach and ricotta is a classic, but there are quite literally endless combinations to try. Mushroom, sausage, cheeses, veggies, you name it. You can even make your own from scratch!

Ingredients

  • 1 package spinach and ricotta ravioli
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • splash of milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • parsley flakes to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and cooking spray.
  • Beat your eggs and milk in one bowl and add your dry ingredients to another bowl, mixing well.
  • Coat each ravioli in your egg mixture, then coat in the dry breading. make sure to flip the ravioli and coat both sides evenly.
  • Place your ravioli on your baking sheet and cook for about 10 minutes, until they turn slightly golden.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce!
