Toasted ravioli is probably the easiest food to make if you want that "out to dinner” vibe without leaving your house. They're crispy, crunchy, cheesy, and impossibly simple to make. Basically a fancy appetizer, but made even better because you can eat it on your couch in your sweats instead of going out. Seriously, they take maybe 20 minutes to make, and they taste incredible - what more could you ask for?!

You’ll need the following ingredients and equipment to make this parmesan toasted spinach and ricotta ravioli:
- Baking sheet
- Ravioli
- Eggs
- Milk
- Breadcrumbs
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley flakes
Customize This Recipe!
There are a few different ways you can customize this recipe:
- Try different ravioli flavors. Spinach and ricotta is a classic, but there are quite literally endless combinations to try. Mushroom, sausage, cheeses, veggies, you name it. You can even make your own from scratch!
- Sauce it up. Not a fan of marina? Try a pesto sauce. Are you a ranch fiend? I won't tell anyone. Get crazy with the flavor combinations because pretty much anything will taste good with these toasted ravioli!

- Utilize mise en place! Make sure you have all of your ingredients prepped and ready before you begin making this recipe - it will help save you time and keep you organized.
- Set up a proper breading station. To avoid making a mess, set up a proper breading station with one bowl for eggs and one for breadcrumbs. Use separate hands for wet and dry ingredients, and you’ll be golden (and so will your ravioli).

Parmesan Toasted Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli
Ingredients
- 1 package spinach and ricotta ravioli
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- splash of milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley flakes to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and cooking spray.
- Beat your eggs and milk in one bowl and add your dry ingredients to another bowl, mixing well.
- Coat each ravioli in your egg mixture, then coat in the dry breading. make sure to flip the ravioli and coat both sides evenly.
- Place your ravioli on your baking sheet and cook for about 10 minutes, until they turn slightly golden.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce!
