Parmesan Toasted Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli
This parmesan toasted ravioli with spinach and ricotta filling is the best crispy, cheesy appetizer to make for your next dinner party (or a night in)!

- 1 package spinach and ricotta ravioli
- 2 eggs
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
- splash of milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- parsley flakes to taste
Preheat your oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and cooking spray.
Beat your eggs and milk in one bowl and add your dry ingredients to another bowl, mixing well.
Coat each ravioli in your egg mixture, then coat in the dry breading. make sure to flip the ravioli and coat both sides evenly.
Place your ravioli on your baking sheet and cook for about 10 minutes, until they turn slightly golden.
Serve warm with marinara sauce!
