Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought pizza crust
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella or sliced
  • ¼ cup onions julienned
  • 4 strips of prosciutto roughly chopped

Instructions

  • Roll out your dough and pre-bake according to directions on the package (unless you want a softer dough – then don’t pre-bake!)
  • Start cooking your onions on the stovetop over medium heat – you can caramelize them for a softer, sweeter taste, or simply sauté them for a few minutes in olive oil for crunchier onions.
  • Sprinkle a thick layer of mozzarella over the pizza dough, leaving some space on the edges for the crust.
  • Sprinkle your onions and tears of prosciutto over the cheese, topping with a little more cheese if desired.
  • Bake according to dough instructions, then slice and serve!
