Brown Sugar Blueberry Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 ¼ cups almond milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- handful of blueberries
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix together dry ingredients and blueberries.
- Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add milk, egg and vanilla. Mix until combined.
- Heat a pan or griddle with butter over the stove on low heat. Pour each pancake (however big or small you want) onto the pan, flipping when the top of each pancake starts to puff up.
- Stack your pancakes, add butter and syrup, and serve!
