Whipped Goat Cheese with Roasted Radishes
This whipped goat cheese with roasted radishes is the perfect spring and summer appetizer! Tart goat cheese is whipped with fresh herbs until fluffy and topped with crisp roasted radishes.

There’s nothing like an earthy, herby roasted radish, and this whipped goat cheese is the perfect dish to pair them with! The tartness of the goat cheese is mellowed by fresh, savory herbs and spices (parsley, garlic, good old salt and pepper, etc.), and the radishes become soft and juicy after roasting in the oven. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, add some red pepper flakes for a bit of heat, and roast the greens, too, for a super crispy, crunchy garnish!
