Christmas Cranberry Garland Spritz

This Christmas cranberry spritz is the perfect simple yet stunning cocktail recipe you need for your holiday parties! Cranberry and rosemary compliment the sweet Prosecco to make a bright and festive drink reminiscent of the classic Christmas decoration.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle Prosecco
  • 1 oz rosemary simple syrup 2 rosemary sprigs, 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar
  • cup cranberries
  • splash of cranberry simple syrup optional
  • sprig of rosemary for garnish

Instructions

For the rosemary simple syrup:

  • Heat the sugar, water and rosemary sprigs on the stove over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove the rosemary and let syrup cool before using.
  • You can do the same with muddled cranberries instead of rosemary to make cranberry simple syrup.

For the cocktails:

  • Pour ½ oz of rosemary simple syrup into each glass, then fill with Prosecco.
  • Optional: add a splash of cranberry simple syrup to add flavor and color.
  • Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and frozen cranberries on a cocktail pick to keep your drink cold.
