These white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are a staple cookie recipe for any home baker! They're soft and fluffy, filled with sweet white chocolate chips and rich macadamia nuts for a classic flavor that's delicious any time of year.
Whether you're making Christmas cookies and want a crowd-pleasing flavor, or just whipping up a batch for a movie night or dinner party, these white chocolate macadamia nut cookies are gonna be a hit! They’re super light and fluffy, which is a great factor in any cookie–warm and gooey cookies are wonderful, but soft and fluffy cookies need more love, too! I totally recommend this recipe if you’re in the mood to make a super yummy cookie, but not so much in the mood to do a ton of decorating. You’re still getting sugary, chocolaty, nutty flavors for the holidays, but much lighter and softer, and without the hassle of rolling and cutting dough, melting chocolate, etc. like so many holiday cookies require.
