Preheat oven to 350ºF and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a standard mixer, cream the butter and sugars until smooth.
Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and mix until combined.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Add the dry mixture to your wet ingredients, beating until just combined.
Add the white chocolate chips and chopped macadamia nuts, folding together until combined.
Using a cookie scoop for consistency, drop your cookies about 2 inches apart on your baking sheet. You can slightly flatten them out for a thinner, rounder cookie.
Bake for 9-10 minutes, until slightly golden.
Let cookies cool on the baking sheet so they carryover bake for another 5 minutes or so.
