Sweet Apple Butter Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup apple butter
- ½ cup butter melted
- 2 eggs room temp
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup buttermilk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and prepare a standard loaf pan with cooking spray and parchment paper
- In a large bowl, mix the apple butter, melted butter, eggs and vanilla until combined.
- Mix in the sugars, flour, baking powder and salt until fully combined, then slowly add the buttermilk until smooth.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, until toothpick/knife comes out clean.
- Cut and serve with butter, jam, etc. while still warm!
