- 1 cup apple butter
- ½ cup butter melted
- 2 eggs room temp
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup light brown sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup buttermilk
Preheat oven to 350ºF and prepare a standard loaf pan with cooking spray and parchment paper
In a large bowl, mix the apple butter, melted butter, eggs and vanilla until combined.
Mix in the sugars, flour, baking powder and salt until fully combined, then slowly add the buttermilk until smooth.
Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, until toothpick/knife comes out clean.
Cut and serve with butter, jam, etc. while still warm!
