These hard cider mimosas are the perfect refreshing cocktail for any time of the year! Fresh, fruity flavors of apples and oranges mesh together to make a quick, easy, and unique twist on a classic mimosa.

Hard ciders are already fantastic as-is, but sometimes you just need a little bit of oomph to your drink. This is a super easy way to get a little creative while still getting a really tasty and refreshing drink in on a sunny afternoon (spring is here, folks - it’s day drinking season!). The best hard ciders literally taste like you’re eating an apple, and they get you drunk, so it’s a win-win. Plus, you can add slices of your favorite apples to your mimosa, so it’s an even bigger win.

Customize This Recipe!
There are a few different ways you can customize this recipe:
- Experiment with ciders. A classic flavor like honey crisp or good old Angry Orchard is always a safe bet, but there are some really interesting hard ciders out there - try making these mimosas with a flavor you've never tasted before!
- Have fun with fruits. You can add a variety of apples to these mimosas, but don't stop there - orange slices or even limes would add some fun flavor and pops of color!

Kitchen Tips:
- Utilize mise en place! Make sure you have all of your ingredients prepped and ready before you begin making this recipe - it will help save you time and keep you organized.
- How to easily pop champagne inside: If your sparkling wine of choice has a cork top, an easy way to open it without sending the cork flying and champagne spraying is to hold a dish towel over the top of the cork and slowly twist it off.
