Ingredients

  • 12 oz feta
  • 5.3 oz whole fat greek yogurt (1 individual package)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chai spice blend
  • 1 pinch salt & pepper
  • cup chopped walnuts

For the chai spice blend:

  • tbsp ground cinnamon
  • tbsp ground cardamom
  • ¾ tbsp ground ginger
  • ¾ tbsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tbsp ground allspice
  • ½ tbsp ground cloves

Instructions

For the chai spice blend:

  • Mix all spices together and keep in a small covered jar or bowl.

For the dip:

  • Add feta, yogurt, oil, syrup, and seasonings to a food processor and blend until smooth. Thin with 1 tbsp of water at a time if needed.
  • Transfer to a serving dish, top with more oil, syrup, chai spice blend, and walnuts, then serve!
  • Optional: Slice sourdough into cubes and toast in the oven at 350ºF for about 10 minutes until crisp. Serve alongside feta dip.
