Peanut Butter Cherry Whiskey Sour
This peanut butter cherry whiskey sour is the perfect Father's Day cocktail to make Dad this summer! It's made with peanut butter whiskey and tart cherry jam, creating a super simple yet elevated cocktail fit for a special occasion.

- 4 oz peanut butter whiskey
- 2 oz cherry jam
- 1 ½ oz lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white optional
- 1 handful cherries to garnish
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
If using an egg white, dry shake vigorously until ingredients are fully combined, then add ice to cocktail shaker and shake again. If not including an egg white, you can skip the dry shake and just shake with ice once.
Strain your cocktails into two glasses and garnish with fresh cherries.
