Mulled Apple Cider with Red Wine
If you love hot apple cider, you’ll love this mulled apple cider with red wine even more! It’s made with sweet apple cider, flavorful red wine, crisp apples, and cozy autumn spices.

- 3 cups apple cider
- 1 cup red wine
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 apple sliced
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ½ teaspoon ground allspice
Stir together the cider and wine in a large pot over the stove on low-medium heat.
Add in cinnamon sticks and apple slices and stir.
Sprinkle in some cinnamon, nutmeg, and/or allspice to your liking.
Keep over heat for about 10-15 minutes and then serve.
- You can keep the cider mixture simmering on low heat throughout the day to keep your house smelling like fall! (I like to get myself a glass every now and then of course).
