Gingerbread Rum Spiced Eggnog

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups eggnog
  • ½ cup spiced rum Captain Morgan has a great gingerbread edition!
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • cinnamon sticks to garnish
  • whipped cream to garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, mix together the eggnog and rum with ice until combined.
  • Sprinkle in a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg and stir until incorporated (you can usually still see some specks of spice in the drink, but that’s fine!).
  • Pour the cocktail into two glass mugs.
  • Add some whipped cream on top, a cinnamon stick, a sprinkle of cinnamon and/or nutmeg on top, and serve!
